Popular clergy and charismatic founder of CCC Genesis Global was sentenced by Lagos state high Court in Ikeja Nigeria on the Wednesday. The trial judge Olabisi Akinlade found him guilty of two count charges 'fraud and obtaining money under false pretense' out of seven count charges against him. He was said to have defrauded one Mrs olaide William of 17million Naira which she gave to him to procure land properties on her behalf this transaction occurred between 2002 and 2005. The defendant Prophet Oladele Genesis has pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier before he was sentenced.
